I have a newer home and found some ventilation issues and a leak from a vent penetration that did not come up during the inspection. Additionally, the first two roofers I called did not properly diagnose the problem. The next three roofers I called offered me services from $500 (not addressing the issue) to $19k (full roof replacement). Ian and his team were able to do what other roofers said they couldn’t. They installed ridge vent without removing the solar panels, replaced the shingles on the problem side of the roof (matching the existing shingle color), installed new lifetime metal vents, and a list of other issues. And they did it for much less than a smaller scope of work from others! I was given clear communication, friendly service, photos, and a free return visit to tidy things up. All that for less than the competitors. I’m extremely satisfied !
